Abuse Policy Notification
YesNIC has a zero tolerance abuse policy.
If any kind of fraudulent activity or spamming incident is found, the applicable domain name will be deactivated immediately.
If we receive a Whois data problem report, we send a warning email to the registrant of the domain name. If there is no proper response from the registrant within maximum 5 days, we will delete the name server information of the domain name and put it hold.
