registration fee that will be decided on how many resellers accumulate
their domain registration through YesNIC that starts to count its from
joining a member. Domain registration through YesNIC that starts soon
as you become a member, For instance. "A" reseller always has
registered 100 domains through month.(supposed domain registration fee
